We work closely with ticketing platforms, brokers, and fans to secure inventory for major sporting events, concerts, and live shows. As part of our continued expansion, we're seeking a results-driven Account Procurement Associate to join our team and help us grow our sports ticket account portfolio.

Position Overview:

As an Account Procurement Associate , you'll play a key role in building relationships with individuals to open new ticket accounts with local sports teams. This role involves outreach, onboarding, and assisting potential participants who will establish accounts that provide access to high-demand sports ticket inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and recruit qualified individuals to open up new ticket accounts with sports teams and leagues (NBA, NFL, NHL, MLB, NCAA, etc.)
• Educate prospective account holders on the best practices for purchasing sports ticket inventory
• Guide new participants through the application and onboarding process with various sports teams
• Collaborate with internal teams to monitor account health, purchasing activity, and compliance with guidelines
• Track all parts of the process of purchasing ticket accounts.
• Stay current on team account requirements, promotional offers, and ticketing trends

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in sales, recruiting, business development, or related field (sports/entertainment industry experience a plus)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills — you're comfortable talking to people and getting them excited to join
• Highly organized with excellent follow-up and time management abilities
• Familiarity with ticket marketplaces, sports teams' ticket policies, or experience with season ticket accounts is a strong plus
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to hit goals independently

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week

Schedule:

• Choose your own hours
• Weekends as needed
