Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our Ford dealership team. The Receptionist is the first point of contact for customers and plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. This position requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: * Greet customers and visitors promptly and professionally upon arrival * Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner * Schedule service appointments and route calls to appropriate departments * Maintain a clean, welcoming reception and customer waiting area * Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document handling * Handle customer inquiries and provide general information about dealership services * Receive and distribute mail and deliveries * Support dealership staff with clerical duties as needed Qualifications & Skills: * High school diploma or equivalent required * Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred, automotive experience a plus * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Professional appearance and demeanor * Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy environment * Proficiency with basic computer applications (phones, email, scheduling systems) * Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
